Stefan Melis started his career as DJ & Producer Bountyhunter 25 years ago. He made a really big name for himself and became a legend with big hits as ‘Whoops’ and ‘The Demilitarized Zone´ which are still often played in the clubs today. As DJ Bountyhunter he is still playing Oldstyle, Early Rave & Freestyle every weekend at festivals & clubs around Europe.
In 2010, unafraid to try new things and a strong love for EDM, he started a second career as DJ & Producer STEVE ROMANI.
Since then he played at many festivals and clubs all over the world and his star is rising fast. With his professionalism, friendly charm and the ability to motivate and entertain enormous crowds, he also will captivate and hold any audience throughout his performance.
Steve is performing on many festivals which you see in the impression above and plays in clubs all over the world. From Tomorrowland to the official afterparty from Axwell & Ingrosso in Tel Aviv Israël, Club Elektro in Tapei Taiwan, Club MainRoom in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Club Number One in Italy. There are still many more festivals & great adventures abroad coming up, yet to be announced. Furthermore they are negotiating with organisations on Ibiza, Dubai, The Philippines, Russia, India, Vietnam, China, Texas, South Africa, Israël & Egypt.
He is known as well supported bij many big artist such as: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Fedde Le Grand, Thomas Gold, Sander van Doorn, Tiësto, Justin Prime, Maarten Vorwerk, Showtek, Dimaro, Dave Till, Dannic & DVBBS. Many of these guys already knew him as DJ Bountyhunter. Also in Asia Steve has become popular and supported by AES Taiwan. Asia Electric Sound is a group created by Guan & Yoyo, who are personal friends.
Steve Romani is broadcasting a weekly podcast on dancetunesradio and bhotradio called F.T.S.B. which refers to ‘F*ck The Sync Button’. With this title he kindly points out not playing with the sync button, but always manually mixes his music to an extraordinary end result.
F.T.S.B. is an EDM podcast filled with the latest Progressive, BigRoom & Electro tunes and is very popular on Soundcloud.
